  Editorial

 

There are two articles presented in this issue. The first article portrays the tragedy of Leh disaster occurred on 6th August 2010, and raises several questions and its possible linkage with climate change. The author is a well known geographer and an expert on Ladakh. His ideas and thoughts need serious attention to mitigate and cope up with such a disaster. The second article presents the impact of office room environment on administrative and clerical workers. The study concludes that the work output is influenced by illumination, ventilation and provision of cooler at the work place.
