This Issue of Population and Environment Bulletin provides information related to the evaluation workshop of ENVIS Centres of Western Region held from 9-13 October 2007 at IIPS, Mumbai. It also presents a paper on the condition of slums in Mumbai and access to civic animities among slum dwellers at the word level for Mumbai city(BMC).
