Dear Readers,
We are glad to inform you that we’ve successfully
completed two years and steping into third year with 8
issues released every quarterly of Population-ENVIS Bulletin
under Population ENVIS Centre, Mumbai, with the funds provided
by the Ministry of Environment & Forests, New Delhi. These
volumes focuses on the research issues related to
Population-Environment and Nexus. Each issue is framed to
bring out two research articles with bibliography and data
set. Every effort is made to bring out current information
through this bulletin. Researchers can contribute their
research findings and suitable articles will have place in
this bulletin.
Recently Population-ENVIS
Centre brought out “Bibliography on Population and Environment
in India” with an Interactive CD. We had overwhelming
requests for the Bibliography. Thanks for all the researchers
for their interest in this subject.
We are happy

to incorporate your valuable suggestions in the forthcoming
